H&M's Christmas campaign, modelled in Paris by Kylie Minogue and shot by Ellen von Unwerth, consists of lavishly decorated underclothes where classic detailing on bras and pants such as embroidered lace, rosettes and satin ribbon are important. There are also clean and simple, almost minimalist, models, including a vest and hot pants, continuing with the glamour theme and with a satin lustre in the material. Nightclothes consist of narrow-cut pyjamas with edging and lace.
   Thanks to new synthetic stretch materials such as Tactel and microfibres, underwear can be made very comfortable, even where decorations such as lace are used. The material also feels gentle against the skin. Principal colours are silver-grey, graphite grey, black, pearl white, wine (a "beaujolais" shade) and dark copper.
